Essential Exercises To Increase Vertical Leap

Here are some exercises that are essential to increase vertical leap:

1. Elevated Jumps – Put a small flat platform on top of the surface you are on and stand on it. Step backward to your original position and focus on landing gently. Quickly jump again on the platform through a bouncing motion and do this 30 times.

2. Explosive Leg Jumps and Double Jumps – Get in front of a stable and flat platform and put you right foot on top. With all your might, jump high and focus on drawing power from your right leg. When you are in the air, scissor your legs and use your left foot and leg to land back on the platform and your right foot should now be on the floor. Do this for about 30 repetitions and taking minute breaks in between 10 repetitions.
